'Everything Retail' - 1 day workshop
Our one-day 'Everything Retail' workshops are for people currently working in retail sales or those wishing to enter the retail workforce for the first time.  They are also suitable for the small business owner who wishes to gain an insight into current expectations in the workplace. The workshops are conducted on a regular basis at various venues throughout Sydney and the regional area. These workshops are an 'in a nutshell' overview and are a 'must' for any first-timers.  You will gain the knowledge of what is expected of you in retail by both employer, peers and customers together with valuable tips on dealing with the public in this competitive industry.

'Communication in the workplace'

'Communication in the workplace' 1 day workshop is a workshop aimed at all workers in the workplace. This workshop helps you understand what is expected of you by your supervisors, subordinates, customers and peers in relation to the way you communicate. This workshop will give you the valuable tools to communicate effectively in different situations and how to deal with difficult situations.

What does the workshop cover?

The 'Communication Skills in the workplace' workshop covers the following areas:

• Giving clear instructions

• Following instructions

• Avoid misinterpretation

Workshops can be customised for your workplace by negotiation with emphasis on specific areas of concern or we can bring one of our standard workshops to your workplace or a venue near you, specifically for your staff only. Contact us for your obligation free quotes.

General Workshop Information

External workshops will run with a minimum number of 8 delegates and a maximum number of 15 delegates.  (per delegate fee as below).

Workshops run with at least two trainers when delegates exceed 8 in number.

External workshops include refreshments upon arrival, morning and afternoon tea/coffee, light lunch and all workshop material. Workshops usually run 9am - 4.30pm.

Workplace workshops will run by negotiation and can include one on one training. (per delegate fee or day fee by negotiation)
