Derek Le-Grand 

has had over 30 years experience in Business and Training with an extensive period of his working life in the retail sector. Derek has an MBA with a major in Marketing, together with a Certificate IV in TAA.  His achievements include implementation of training programs, customer care, e-business and project management in many areas. Derek has also worked with business owners, both small to medium  in analysing business areas for improvement and assisting in bringing businesses to their next level of operation. 

Carolyn Le-Grand

is a qualified trainer with an Advanced Diploma in Business Management together with a Certificate IV in TAA.  Business administration is Carolyn's area of expertise.  Over 20 years as a Business Manager and trainer in both the private and Government sectors has given Carolyn a good cross-reference of experience to assist the delegates with whom she comes into contact.
